CTO and co-founder in fintech, with three CTO roles and 14+ years building payment infrastructure that has to be correct. Today I am Co-Founder and CTO of PrismaPay, a Brazilian digital account and BaaS platform, where I own technology end to end: architecture, security, and the technical side of Central Bank regulation. Before that I led technology at Onda Finance, an OTC desk that settled more than $200M, and spent seven years as Co-Founder and CTO of Brokerse, from the first line of code to the exit. I also take Principal-level engineering into other fintechs: core banking and BaaS at Clarian Finance, and the v2 platform rebuild at Skyw3b Capital via Takel. On the research side I founded Raxion, a sovereign SVM rollup on Solana that replaces validator voting on AI inference quality with cryptographic proof. Day to day I work mostly with Rust, TypeScript (Bun and Node), Python, Solana and Anchor, and PostgreSQL.
- Own technology end to end for a Brazilian digital account and BaaS platform: architecture, roadmap, vendors, security and the technical side of regulation (Central Bank dossier, LGPD).
- Took the product from fiat (PIX, boleto, TED) to fiat plus crypto with custody and sanctions screening, opened a partner API to B2B clients, and keep the ledger reconciled against the bank.
- Stay close to the code so security, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering controls are designed into the money path and reviewed by the person accountable for them.
- Own the architecture of the core banking and BaaS platform: append-only double-entry ledger, idempotent money flows, and partner integrations behind stable internal contracts.
- Fiat rails (PIX, boleto and card) and crypto rails (on-ramp, off-ramp and OTC RFQ) built against BACEN requirements.
- KYC, KYB, AML and KYT modeled as blocking states, not afterthoughts.
- Built on Bun with TypeScript and ReScript over PostgreSQL. Hands on the code, not only on the roadmap.
- Rebuilt the platform's v2 from scratch: ElysiaJS, Bun, Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL 17.
- Built the multi-tenant payment gateway processing PIX, boleto and card, designed for $100M+ in projected volume.
- Designed the append-only double-entry ledger with real-time balance calculation and the async event pipeline (RabbitMQ and SSE) for transaction processing and webhook delivery.
- Implemented security controls: AES-256-GCM encryption, TOTP two-factor authentication, device fingerprinting, IP whitelisting.
- Now expanding the BaaS and payments ecosystem with new liquidity provider integrations, coordinating hybrid teams of engineers and AI agents for code review and delivery.
- Equity-holding co-founder advising the company on fundraising, investor conversations and product direction.
- Technical advisor on architecture and engineering decisions for the platform I originally built; no longer in day-to-day operations.
- Founding engineer of the platform; started while allocated by Codechain alongside its founder and CTO, which is why the two periods overlap.
- Designed the microservices architecture with REST APIs, modular services and resilient communication patterns.
- Delivered the backend in Node.js + NestJS, persistence in PostgreSQL on AWS RDS, and traffic optimization with NGINX.
- Built the frontend in Angular with Angular Universal for SSR and maintained the CircleCI pipelines for staging and production.
- Onda Finance invested in Brokerse and brought it into its holding structure; stepped from the CTO role at Brokerse into the CTO role at Onda.
- Owned the technical direction of the group: architecture of the banking and crypto rails, integration between the two products, and the engineering decisions behind the consolidation.
- Exited Onda and Brokerse at the same time, since both companies sat under the same holding.
- Co-founded Brokerse and led its technology for seven years, from the first line of code to the exit.
- Owned the architecture and full technical lifecycle of a crypto investment platform with copy trading and social trading, later an OTC desk with an RFQ flow for quoting and settling large orders.
- Drove architecture decisions, new products and features, maintenance and production operation alongside the engineering team.
